Credit Card on File
To reserve an appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged unless our cancellation policy is violated. It is securely stored through our booking system and is used only in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. This helps us protect valuable treatment time and ensure availability for all clients. This credit card may also be used to pay any unsettled balances if you wish.
We appreciate your understanding—holding a treatment time is a commitment, and we reserve that time exclusively for you.
Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 24 hours’ notice is required.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled treatment.
No-shows (missing your appointment with no notice or valid reason) may be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost.
This policy ensures our therapists’ time is respected and allows other clients the opportunity to book in. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us run an efficient and supportive practice.
